CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SELECT SERVICES


Please understand that when you cancel or reschedule your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our wait-list miss the opportunity to receive our services.
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the treatment price is required to secure your booking for select treatment(s) with a value $100 or more. When making an online booking you can follow the instructions provided. Phone bookings will receive a weblink to make the deposit.

The deposit you make will go towards your payment total on the day. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.


Cancellations made within 24 hours notice of the appointment time will result in your deposit being forfeited. This includes no shows.


Cancellations and no shows have a significant impact on our business and we hope that you can understand our need to enforce this policy. Thank you for your understanding.
